Primalite stands behind the quality of every product we make by offering a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Primalite Products Limited Lifetime Guarantee Applies To:

- Covered

Material Issues, Workmanship Issues, Defective Products, Manufacturing Defects.

- Not Covered

Normal Wear & Tear, Dents & Scratches, Fading & Paint Chips, Accidental Damage (like a dropped product), Product Misuse & Improper Care.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any products on which the original information has been altered, obliterated or removed, or has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been bought or sold as second-hand.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser. "Lifetime" refers to the expected lifetime of the product, considering factors such as product type, materials used, and intended use.
